I have order several Attractions Guides for years. When I was an active Real Estate agent I gave them out as closing gifts. Now that I am a non competing BIC I now give them out to friends, family and new agents that I hire. In placing my order for the 2010 edition I found I have a few extra. So, the first two people that respond with a comment below get one, for free of course! Thanks for reading my blog.
You will find coupons for higher end dining to fast food. Most of these are buy one get one free coupons. This is a great way to try new restaurants you may not otherwise patron. You will also find discounts for local and chain establishments such as Home Depot (coupons can be used at Lowes), Dicks, Shoe Carnival, and Lazy 5 Ranch just to name a few. There are lots of coupons to use around the Lake Norman Area and Charlotte Metro.

Help Needed: Richard with brain cancer, moving off the street

There is a young man, Richard, that has brain cancer and has been living on the streets. The owner/runner of the soup kitchen has found him a place to live and has people running him to his treatments, but he has nothing, absolutely nothing. No bed, chairs, lamps, dishes, silverware, towels, soap, etc. If there is anything you have you plan on giving to Good Will or throwing away that may be of value to someone with nothing please give Margaret a call at 704-662-2255.

Looking for some free fun this weekend?
Posted by Todd Long in Fun Stuff on 07 31st, 2009My wife and I went to the Big Band concert at the Kannapolis Village Park Amphitheater a few weeks ago. It was a great free concert. This weekend is the Beach Music Festival. Friday @ 7pm - The Tams, Saturday @ 5pm - The Entertainers, Saturday @ 7pm - Jim Quick & Coastline. Take a lawn chair or a beach blanket and enjoy the music.
The City of Kannapolis also has a free movie night as well as other entertainment.
